what if I use my mum's name but same address?

i got one pair but i never got my second, which i put under my moms name, same adress/prescription/CC though.

Although they charged me for shipping on both pairs.

Also theres a groupon today at image optometry for an eye test and $200 worth of frames for $65, which is arguably a better deal, especially if you need your eyes checked.

What really are the differences between standard lens and thin light edition lens? I ordered the thin light edition lens but I honestly don't see any difference in thickness compared to the one I ordered in standard lens.

The standard lenses are the cheapest kind of lenses you can get from CC.
They are a lot easier to break/chip/crack than other lens types.

Question to everyone: where is a decent place to get your eyes checked without being pressured to buy frames? thanks!

Costco if you can... But you can drop in any optometrist and get it done.. You are looking at $70-$100.

drop in on any optometrist that doesn't sell any frames or lenses on location. if their shop carries it, they will pressure you into buying a pair from them. i go to the one in lansdowne mall called grace health centre. first time clients pay $70 and anything after they have you on file is $60.

The place on Ackroyd called Jennifer Yu Optometrist didn't pressure me into buying anything. But I bought a pair of transitions from them anyway.

Oh and a 2nd pair of free glasses have arrived! I used the same computer on the same IP but different name same prescription. It did come this morning.

a lot of places wouldn't give people their prescriptions b4

but i hear its the law now according to the BCAO
