^^^ they canceled my cousins order for some Pradas (not a sale or bogo or anything like that, regular price) and they weren't sold out they just raised the price $70
so my cousin contacted them (they do guarantee if they dont have it the glasses are free etc etc) and they told him that an order being canceled and an item not being in stock are two different things; and they wouldnt give him an explanation as to why it was canceled either
so after some complaining they gave him his original order +10% off to top it off though when the frames arrived there was a manufacturers defect on it my cousin called them again and they told him the glasses are now sold out so they'll accept a return but thats all they can do -_-
(what a hassle)

u will likely have to use a different variation in typing out your address like street instead of st. and XxXxXx for the postal code instead of xxx xxx

i'm on the east coast so it started for me a long time ago.
you can try changing your computer time, dont knw if that works, or they go with IP.
