So I have an area on my bumper that I want to repair with paint. About 10cm in diameter. It is scratched and there are paint chips. I have no money to spend on a paint job of the whole bumper. It is a honda civic in silver.
So, my options are
A. Bring it to Maaco? I heard they are cheap. I just want a spot repair and repaint on that area.
B. Do it myself. Buy sandpaper, bondo bumper filler, sealer, primer spray can, clear coat spray can, rubbing compound, and colour matching spray can.
If I do the 2nd option, should I bring in my touch up paint and paint code to Lordco or a bodyshop like AK autoworks to get a spray bomb/can? Or they are both the same when it comes to matching paint?
C. Do all prep work my self, take off bumper, drop it off to Maaco for spot painting.
Would this tutorial be good to follow for option B and C regarding prep work on bumpers?

Also, would option B be cheaper than option C?
