I would pay a small finders fee for an agent that can save me a plate with a meaningful combination...

I have indeed seen BMW 328 on a regular license plate before, on an older 3-series. Needless to say, I was very jealous! (My initials also happen to be BMW)

I always avoid the 8's and try to go for hard to remember plate combos!

most chinese insurance brokers will just keep those good number combos when they have new plates come in

if possible, i'd want my plate to to be RPS 13#, 240 SX(letter)
