how do you not avoid an incredibly low speed accident?
and in most of those vids, the witnesses just walk off like its nothing and dont even attempt to help. 
this just reinforces the stereotype.

stupid people on the bikes deserve to get hit. they dont even look when they are entering the intersection on pretty much all of the crashes.

To add to that lifes are so cheap in china. Frd or a frd's auntie brought her license in china than procced to mow down 3 children few months later and she only had to pay 20g rmb for each kid which is like 3g cdn.....
