on a truck, pick up or suv, poke
on a street car, flush but with wheel gap and ground clearance.

i think the best is a little poke/flush with fender with one finger gap. no rub, no super stretch tires.

the 19s are nice, I have a super special base model with 18s though.

kinda nice to be able to buy new tires for $99 each, not really do-able with a 245/40(35?)/19

im stitting flush, the way i like it.. hella is a bit excessive for our roads/daily drive + speed bumps( i work at metro, cant avoid it haha)

ill take my fitment with 4.5" lift and 4" of back spacing on a 10" wide rim and 35's
