| Good carpet cleaners
Looking for a good carpet cleaner for a basement suite, someone that can actually take out dirty stains etc. And with a good truck mount system. any recommendations?

Are you doing it to get your deposit back before you move out? If so rent a machine and do it yourself. Save alot of money and you are allowed to leave normal stains on a carpet, they can't expect people to live there for x amount of time and not drop anything. Posted via RS Mobile |

if you rent it from safeway, it's like 75 dollars.
having someone professional to do it is like 90 (chinese guy who does it professionally with the machine in the van). i rather spend the 90 since it's only a fraction of a difference. go look around, it's all over the singtao newspaper.

Alright, while we are kind of on the subject of house cleaning/maintenance.
I'm thinking of getting my furnace and air ducts cleaned.
Any leads?
