I've used/sold both and MTX is generally the better amp

There are many other 4-channel amps I would rather buy but they would probably cost 3-4 times as much or more. 
In this price range I like the Pioneer for power, reliability, size and cost.

of course i know rockford alpine are the best, but this mtx and concept amp i can get for free, thats why
