There's a few cop cars parked on Victoria Drive between 49th and 57th about 5 mins ago so maybe something went down.

^ yeah heading east on 54th and saw a cruiser peeking out onto 54th ... scared me hahah shieeeeet

saw cop cars sat at the intersections of 54th and nanaimo, and 54th and the next few streets east of that

I always see cops setup perimeters like that. Anyone know what they actually accomplish?? Big busts??

I'm guessing it has something to do with the investigation for this

I live around 49th and Knight and i've been hearing these planes flying around.. They are police planes I believe, they left now tho.

just finished watching Dream 15 some good fights.

i heard it too as i was driving home. Loud as fuck.

same heard it too in south van.. also saw the cruiser that was waiting at berkeley(sp?) and 54th creeping out.. saw couple of cruisers going that direction too

The planes I believe are for the Lions Game at the new temporary arena.

They are circling in an area until it's safe to land at YVR.

saw a CF18 fly overhead in Vancouver around 7pm today.

That was for the Lions game. Took me by surprise when it flew by cuz I was facing away from its approach.

what does some guy running into the USA thru the border have to do with cops swarming south van??
