^ Great song |
I try to avoids depressing songs when I am depressed. I try to listen to songs that are more natural or cheery. This song is good and depressing though. |

you're a guy right? |
^ I posted that shit too smart-ass |
I actually avoided any kinda music for awhile because I knew a lot songs were gonna make me think pof my ex. Sometimes it's best to just nip emotions in the bud for the first little bit and get your mind off of the breakup itself. But for a good song, listen to Chris Brown-Deuces. Suchhhh a sick jam and it really makes you feel good. Posted via RS Mobile |
correct me if im wrong, but after a break up, dont you want to move on? why do you "want" to listen to songs that constantly remind you? granted everyone does go through and emo stage. got to move on buddy. **edit got ninjaed by crayon. fully agree with what she says |
yeah i totally agree with you both. don't get me wrong, this was a looong long time ago. like i said i was only reminiscing about those... unfortunate days. haha. but yeah i guess it did only add fuel to the fire now that i think about it. but then again i couldn't help it at the time. could be worse though, like people writing diaries and painting pictures and composing emo poetry and shit (no offense to those who have done those in the past of course :D) this is why you gotta love being single sometimes =] |
Actually, people always say writing down how you feel is one of the best ways to cope. I've been writing in journals since I was...8? so..15 years now and it still is my method of choice. You're literally putting pain to paper and it helps too when you read old entries from years ago and go "Wow, I was such an idiot to feel that way!" Which makes you feel better cause you realize how much you've grown. I know you no offense to what you said, but everyone releases their hurt differently. Painting pictures, composing emo poetry etc shouldn't be looked as a "worse" outcome. Posted via RS Mobile |
