And you DO want it, it's probably the single most important spec in a PSU. Get silver if possible, or gold if it's in your price range.

skinny, have you heard Acbel? A lot of shops are selling it and offers 7yrs warranty.
they said it's as good as corsair and antec.

EDIT: nvm, read some articles, they says it is shitty.

It's hard to say what brands are good...cuz some brands have good and crappy ones...it's better to go by OEMs

But Corsair, PCP&C, Seasonic, and Silverstone are pretty good across the board.

And yeah you want 80PLUS certified ones...like SkinnyPupp said preferably silver/+

kinda wish i went modular though

Modular's great especially with my case which is a small HTPC style one. As well the corsair flat ribbon style cable works well too.

I'm using OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W... very quiet... been using it for half a year so far... I never turn my computer off btw... the one I used before this was also OCZ.. it was their Stealth X Stream 600W... it crap out on me less then 2 years... its really a hit or a miss for OCZ product...

lucky they have a 36 months powerswap warranty... I can just ship the faulty one back and exchange for a new one...
