I don't really want to sell this car since I waiting a long time to get this one but some stuff has come up and I might have to let this thing go. I also just got the car and I'm actually pretty pissed off that I might have to sell it.
Car has 96,000km and is from the US. Some people think that's a bad thing, and I used to as well but these days with reporting it's a non issue. There isn't a warranty anyway so it's not like there will be any issues there.
It's got a Tein fully adjustable suspention, SSR wheels which are the nicest wheels for this car IMO since they're widest you can put on the car without rolling the fenders or making the car look weird.
Carbon fiber side skirts
Full AP2 conversion including rear bumper, exhaust, headlights etc.
Glass rear window is on these ones
Full red leather interior that's in very good condition
Amuse front bumper
Interior has been modified with upgraded speakers, V12 amp, and full on board custom Navigation. This was all done professionally by the previous owner. I don't usually like aftermarket stuff done with the dash but after being in this car, I can't imagine why Honda didn't make this with every single one of their cars. The install is unreal.
There are a bunch of little details with this car. Wipers, lights, everything about this car is pretty much as good as you could ask for.
Car has always been kept indoors
Accident history:
Two claims, both were in Canada and no accidents were on the car while it was in the US.
The first one was someone slashed the soft top and it was replaced. The good news with this is that there is a near new top on the car so it is not faded.
The second one is not an accident but it's a large claim.
My wheels were stolen. The replacement bill for the wheels and rubber were $4700. When the people stole the wheels they were so kind to leave the car on small pieces of wood. The car fell and the front bumper was scraped and it pushed the passenger headlight up. The front bumper was repainted and the front headlight was actually replaced which was kind of weird. Since I had to claim this, the shop was kind enough to reinstall a new stock exhaust as the old one was slightly scraped.
The bad news is that there is a claim over $2000 but it's kind of stupid since shoes alone were almost $5000 to replace. I have a full report of the parts fixed and replaced and all OEM parts were used.
You can also feel free to check the VIN on each body part of the car to confirm if anything serious has been damaged since the S2000 has all parts marked.
I don't want to sell the car but some stuff is going on that I'd rather not talk about and it's gotta go. If I can't sell it for a good price I'm just going to keep it.
This is Colin's old car and if he's seeing this he's probably freaking out so I'm sorry buddy - I don't want sell this.
Colin was asking $21,000 to start off with so I'm going to do the same and I can go from there if someone is serious.
EDIT: Car is 2002
EDIT:
The company I have that lends has an arm that does leasing. They just informed me that they will not do any cars with over 80,000km. Sorry for the mistake in my previous posting. It's a rule they just changed which sucks in this case.
Thanks.
