Talk about lazy security

The cops must be out of shape.

the fck

InvisibleSoul 07-24-2010 01:55 PM

Have never seen such lackadaisical security at a sporting even in my life.

Leopold Stotch 07-24-2010 02:07 PM

are they being more careful cause that kid got tazed?

Eastwood 07-24-2010 02:09 PM

I wonder if security did nothing at all maybe the kid would have stopped earlier?

AndM 07-24-2010 02:15 PM

If that kid was Terrel Owens it would be much more interesting to watch.

1exotic 07-24-2010 02:25 PM

If I was a cop, I'd tackle this kid down, and break his nose and spit in his face.

sho_bc 07-24-2010 02:42 PM

In their defense, think back to the days of playing tag in an open field and how difficult it was to catch someone in a situation like that vs in a smaller, more enclosed space. Then add 30-40lbs of gear to the police compared to the shorts, t-shirt and runners of the idiot interrupting the game. Sometimes its easier to let the guy tire himself out.

Gary Oak 07-24-2010 02:53 PM

the cop at the end that ran like 5 feet lol, that probably the most running hes done all day

CP.AR 07-24-2010 02:55 PM

this is how it's done

urrh 07-24-2010 03:06 PM

obviously their tactic was to wear out the kid through boredom

Gary Oak 07-24-2010 03:29 PM

Exactly. Why sweat when you don't have to? Let the idiot burn out, then tackle him and smash his face into the ground. It's not like he's going to escape.

SkinnyPupp 07-24-2010 09:10 PM

Probably the most exciting thing that has happened at any baseball game in 50 years

too much donuts and coffee

orange7 07-24-2010 09:24 PM

if the kid had only 1 donut in his hands, I think all the cops would run after him.

You think so? I challenge you to a race. I'll load up my 2nd belt, and we can see how fast you run in full gear. :)

Well, difference is it wasn't exactly a one-on-one situation in the video... with at least three officers able to close in on a single target, it should be significantly easier...

aznrsx1979 07-26-2010 12:56 PM

It's only the Baltimore Orioles, they've played crap all year.

Are you kidding me? They're not firefighters... A kevlar vest is around 5lbs and a handgun is around 2lbs. Add the taser, pepper spray, baton, boots and it should be no more than 10 lbs

Please THINK before you talk. If a cop is carrying 30lbs of equipment, he could carry all these with him:

javelin = 18 lbs

p90 = 6 lbs

baseball is boring zzzzz

hk20000 07-28-2010 08:02 AM

^ guy who ran out probably got bored by his father-in-law who likes the sport.
Instead of watching a spectators' sport, he sported for the spectators.
