The best imo is sf2 turbo/grand master challenge or alpha 2. I've yet to try cvs 2. |
|
On a similar note, I wish they would release Capcom vs. SNK 3. |
Anyone selling chunli or TE fight stick for ps3? Pm me with price ! |

ive bought the last few iterations of street fighter... but its just not the same to me playing @ home rather than the arcade... even with the online play :/ Quote:
i cant remember the name of the place anymore but the arcade in station square had it ;) |
Such an interesting crossover... Tekken's game mechanics is nothing like SF. Looks like SF style took over. |

Tekken vs SF will probably start next year. this is street fighter vs tekken. |

I can relate to that, I beat my bro 11 times in a row and he threw his controller through our old 50" rear projection tv. |
the new gem system is dumbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb bump old thread :troll: but still, i can't wait for this game mainly for the online 2 humans vs 2 humans battles |
gems...... :seriously: thought this was SF vs Tekken not fucking PowerStone (which is awesome but not for sf) http://www.gamersbin.com/attachments...jpreviewth-jpg |
Lol gems wtf |
yup. there better not be ones where u have to earn. my favorite thing about games like fighting games is that it's pick up and play. i don't want no wow, diablo shit where u have unlock shit. surprisingly, mike ross and gootecks support the gem system. i'm harsh gonna use my main, guile, and use auto-throw tech gems :troll: |
So who else is hyped about this game? less than a month away! |
So anyone else picked up this game? got the ps3 version because of exclusivity for megaman and cole from infamous currently trying to master some of the tekken characters and all, if not most, tekken fighters have a side step move, i guess to avoid projectiles.. poison is rediculously easy to use |
If anyone ever makes a x-over with MK... I wanna see MK x Killer Instinct.... co-co-combo-breaker!!! |
tried the game for about 5 hours at my friend's place. I played AE religiously, and UMVC3. To be honest I probably won't get into this one, the game mechanics are in the middle of AE and Marvel, there are still some fundamentals but I prefer the slower paced SF. |
Not sure if anyone still plays Street Fighter x Tekken on the PS3, but: SFxT Costumes are free from what is supposedly a glitch. Go into the actual game store (not the Playstation Store) and go to Costumes ---> Grab Packs. There'll be something without a price tag, you can grab all 38 costumes for free through there. Just downloaded it a few minutes ago and confirmed still working! It's worth about $10 for free. Sony dun goofed! |
^it worked! Wow. I thought me and my friend were the only ones in Vancouver still playing this. Have we ever ran into you online? What's your name? |
^ Glad someone else got the freebie! My primary PSN ID is: SuperbadPinoy325, but when it comes to online, I'm most likely on my troll account GaveUrMomAFacial (LOL) Feel free to add me up on both! I'd love to get back into the game! :D |
2013 patch is out!!!!!!!!! time to revive this game! |
buddy was looking for a copy of this the other day along with ultimate marvel vs capcom 3.... seems like copies of both games are starting to become limited.. he went through like 3 EB stores and they didnt have it and only to manage to find a copy of SXT used for $24 at FS.. there is plenty of vita version and regular MvC3, but the console version are starting to deplete, im assuming the liscence to namco and marvel are gonna end soon anyone who hasnt bought this game yet better pick it up, its only a matter of time until it becomes a collectors item like MvC2, SNK vs Capcom and Tatsunoko vs Capcom |
