Official 2010 RS Summer Meet Volunteers
 

This is the official volunteer thread for 2010's Summer meet August 29th.

If you feel that you can be a good ambassador for RS.net, and would like to help out at the meet please sign up here. You will be screened for eligibility by executive council and Head mods. We require team players that are responsible and diligent in keeping the meet safe, controlled, but fun for everyone whether it'd be traffic/parking control, manning the RS booths, RS ambassadors to the public etc..

RS is a registered corporation, all volunteer work can be used on your resume and references will be given.

Pm's would be issued upon passing eligibility requirements set out by council to applicants.

uhh... we have to pass a test this year? :P

i'm in, as always, Mike can vouch for my work over the past few spring/summer meets!

Though if it's okay with the council, i'm gonna be 1/2ing my usual duty, because last summer meet, I basically didn't even get to be with my crew *ClubRSX*. I'll also be helping to register them this year.

I'm in, and my brother is in (aka ForeverFresh604). He helped out with parking direction at the Spring Meet, and I want to show up early for a parking space!

don't let you that discourage you, just keep coming out and supporting. Come out to the meet to at least check things out and come say hi; it's been forever

don't count yourself out of it yet, it hasn't been a couple weeks. I will pm ALL that will be chosen prior to the volunteer meet to go over game plan and duties.

bulk of the volunteer group will be from the new RS-Unofficial (see RS unofficial meets forum) who are basically internal volunteers and public volunteers.

Ditto. Anytime at night I'll be available.

I have a few meetings I have to do on Monday Night, Wednesday Night and Thursday Night.

Anytime during the day is fine for me or anytime during the night except on monday, wednesday and thursday. I might be able to skip out Wednesday if really needed.

It'd have to be Friday night or the weekend for my brother and I. Hopefully the location is pretty close to Surrey.

I'm off at 3:30 every day, so if I'm still allowed to volunteer I'm available as long as morgan has gas in the car xD

Sorry, got to update my schedule cause I picked up a temporary job.

Monday - During the day up until 5:30 pm and Anytime after 7pm and I'll be in Vancouver/Burnaby (On Boundary Road)

Tuesday - I get off work at 9pm and that'll be in Burnaby.

Wednesday - I'll be working until 10:30 - 11:00 and that will be in White Rock

Thursday - I'll be at a meeting till about 9:30 - 10:00 and that will be in Richmond

Friday - I work from until 6 and will be in Burnaby, or anytime before 12:00 as long as it ends at around 12:00

Saturday - I work until 4:30 and that will be in Burnaby

Sunday - Free all day.
