How do you guys deal with 3-4 gate pressure with Zerg?

easily dealt with a spine or 2 and some lings with some micro

look up spanishiwa's z v everything strat

I have never seen any gateway push being able to break it

A good indicator is to watch where his probe is going after he scouts with it, if he runs back home it lessens the likelihood of a 3-4 gate, but he goes somewhere away from his base make sure you find it!!

Also if you notice a zealot and then a stalker as his second unit thats also increases the likelihood he is going to 4 gate

I usually drop 1 defensive spine early, and if i think he is going to 4 gate i drop another spine and start making alot of lings w/speed and roaches

lol you're right, i do have a losing record.
its kind of hard to have a winning record when my win ratio vs T/P is about 50-60% and zerg is around 35-40

and maybe if you were an ignorant fuck, you would know that "build orders" dont work on certain maps. and its hard to have a positive record when your up against a unit that can negate your whole unit tree.

btw, if u check AM protoss win ratio vs zerg, its 38% since the patch of the infestor.
