thanks.....any recommendation on what type of cleaner? I don't want to use anything that would make the cheese more rancid than it is now

btw...does steam cleaning it sound like a good idea? I am worried about adding water or steam since it means adding moisture, and moisture usually = smell.

And any idea how much a detail place would charge to clean it?
