| Exactly, because that plant has a bad reputation. Medically, hemp fibres, feed, etc. beneficial items that the government can regulate and tax. But they can't see passed the drug domino effect. Small drugs lead to harsh drugs. Plus it would put a huge dent in the drug/gang violence. |
