Free bunnies: 2 months old

Our rabbit got pregs and we have four left to give away. Any takers?

One grey - still remaining, but children want to prove that they can take care of it. If they can't then it's up for grabs.... (updated Aug 1, 2010).
One grey/black - gone
Two grey with white spots - both gone

What would be the best way to prepare them? Might be interested if I can find a good recipe.

Do what you would normally do for frogs:

1) sautee some ginger slices,
2) add 3 tbsp of sesame oil
3) add the chicken/frog/rabbit/snake and slow cook in medium low heat for 15mins (dont forget to add a 1/2 cup of rice wine to make meat better flavor)
4) add 1tbsp of oyster sauce.
5) let it sit in low heat for 5 mins
6) decorate with some thai basil on top

ENjoy

Kidding aside, do you have pictures?, my neighbor's little girl might want a new pet for her birthday

Ya, actually, if you want to eat them, you're welcome to. Just bring me a sample of your recipe after you cook em.

I actually wanted to myself. But my children objected. They're just not quite big enough to be meaty.

btw, pics here:

... pardon my photo linking skills. Can't seem to get it to work from flickr.

Ok, if it needs to be that way, then that's ok too. As long as I get to watch the feeding! hehe... That's what happens in nature!

LG Hunter 07-31-2010 04:25 PM

Those are cute, good luck! As cruel as it sounds to give them to the eagles, thats how the food chain works.

Berzerker 07-31-2010 05:28 PM

Rabbit to the Eagles meet? I'll watch some carnage!!

This thread is pretty awesome for it kinda being a sad subject haha.

Berz out.

Kingcong89 07-31-2010 05:55 PM

Hm sortof tempted to save them from RS lol. How old do they have to be released into the wild? They can live in the wild if I get bored of them right? All they have to do is eat grass and shit, they have instincts right?

Berzerker 07-31-2010 06:02 PM

Its actually illegal to release animals like into the wild.

Berz out.

ecchiecchi 07-31-2010 09:02 PM

Would like to pick one up. Check PM please.
