Does someone know or could someone tell me how to request copies of police reports and the officers notes if there not included with the police report?

There are no charges, so there is no disclosure. Its a 24 hour prohib incedent.

You can go into the Detachment where you were issued the 24 hour suspension and they should have the paperwork you need to fill out at the front counter. Just make sure you have you file number with you or a copy of the 215 so it is easy for them to find the file number.
