Good fishing guide in nanaimo.

We have a vacation rental house in Nanaimo and the the people rending it on the 22nd are looking for a good fishing guide. Anyone know of any?

Fish-on charters?

Those are places I've heard about, but haven't tried myself.
You're on the wrong side of the island for the really good fishing.

If they can't find a guide or feel like going it their own, the backroad mapbook is made with fishing in mind and can be a great resources for fishing spots.

OH! I just found that they make a specific fishing mapbook for Vancouver Island:

My cousin is part owner of the Parksville Boathouse, I did their website and stuff. They've got a list of charters they're associated with, if any are in the Nanaimo area, they're probably pretty good:
