If claiming go with the bigger name shops (Craftsman, Kirmac) or any Quality Assured (QA Group) bodyshop. Two I can think of off the bat are Van Burn in Burnaby or Ivan's Autobody in Vancouver.

Van Burn will also be reasonable if you want to pay out of pocket.
If you love your car stay away from majority of those chain shops. Management always pushes the jobs to get done ASAP which results in the workers cutting corners like crazy. Only upside is you get your car back pretty fast.

VanBurn is now with CSN and Ivan's is with CARSTAR which I believe bought out Quality Assured or merged with them. Not 100% sure how they co-exist

My GF let her brand new CRV make love to a concrete pillar, just slightly. Some might say the car caressed the pole. So new, we hadn't even washed it yet Looks like just paint repair, plastic replacement and wheel repair. No dent repair etc.

The car is pearl white. She is pretty bummed. Anyhow. With all these fancy cars getting smacked up in the city, we must have some pretty fantastic body shops, no?
If you don't mind waiting a bit and going to Richmond, Fastrack Autobody.
