Revscene trusted Body Shops?

Continuing my bad luck with this car, my Mazda was recently hit & run leaving me with a gash on my passenger's side fender.

I have a claim and I was wondering who you guys might recommend I take it to?

You have steered me to good businesses in the past, so I do take your advice seriously.

Thanks in advance!

Over the past 5 years I have dealt with Craftsman, Boyd, Parker's, and Pre-Tech. The latter two seem to be the ones that are most often recommended.

Personally, I would not return to Craftsman again, although there was nothing specifically wrong with the work they did. At Boyd, I have had one great experience (several years ago) and two mediocre experiences (both more recently). I would not return there again.

The staff and the atmosphere at Parker's is exceptional - I've had nothing but courteous and timely service - but I was very disappointed with the quality of their work when I had minor repairs done there this past winter. Mostly, the problem was paint-related, so if you had a different painter work on your vehicle the result might be different.

A few months back, I took a different vehicle in to Pre-Tech and I thought they did an exceptional job. Although the facility & service weren't on the same level as Parker's, it's still a decent place and the estimator I dealt with was reasonably friendly & helpful. I'd probably go there first for future repairs, especially if ICBC is paying.

There's a few votes for Pre-Tech and Parker in this thread.
