None. I fucking hate that place. They treat you like a criminal whenever you need to return something, especially the one on Kingsway and Gladstone across from the Blockbuster Video.
I will never buy anything from Cambodian Tire ever again.

i dont get how they stay in business. none of the staff knows anything. takes like 20 minutes to get a staff to grab an item from the warehouse, and the store looks like it hasn't been cleaned for the past 5 years.
i only went there once to use their washroom. cambodian tires sucks

Once a month, but I dread it. The customer service is always tragic, it never ceases to amaze me.
I find the store layout pretty awful too. Most stores have vertical and horizontal aisles, sports equipment is sometimes next to paint supplies, etc.
The prices are pretty reasonable when things are on sale though.

That new one on Grandview Hwy is a disaster, all that the employees do is stand there and they have NOTHING to do cause there are never customers

i dont go there for car stuff, but i think the one on Cambie and 7th is really good. I've had to return a few things there in the past couple years and they never questioned me. Even an escuse like "I bought something more comfortable" for a camping chair I bought was fine...the lady even laughed it off and said "no kidding".
Customer service there has always been great in my experience.
Maybe the car section has people with more attitude working there?

I've had a good experince at the Canadian Tire on Cambie & West 7th as well as the one on Grandview Highway. I really like the new layout of the stores. It's a lot more refreshing and overall provides a nice shopping experience. I have yet to run into issues with customer service.
On average, I go to Canadian Tire maybe 2 times a year for miscellaneous items such as car wash soap (when on sale) or microfibre towels.

Seriously though, I went to the one in Maple Ridge because I had a free Oil change coupon. I watched the person pull my car into the bay.... reved super high, dropped clutch bogged then stalled.... it was not fun to watch.

Canadian Tire is like my 2nd home. I think I went there 4 times this week.
It is definately improve alot than the old canadian tire. Now you can get almost anything you need for home, car, etc.

Maybe once every two months or so. You'll inevitably be missing some kind of special socket, adaptor, or wrench if you work on your car at all, and Canadian Tire's usually closer by than Lordco, and reasonable with their return/exchange policy.

i only go there when things are cheap & i know exact what i want (all the way down to the details) like a light bulb or something like that
but if it's home renovation & stuff like that i go to home depot cuz when im not 1000% sure i can ask them (CT u can never get a guy to do that) & they got more stuff
i remember once i was at CT with my dad standing in the line up while i looked out the window on a rainy day & saw 5 honger chinese dudes try to install wiper blades on there honda accord
& after many attempts of fail the dudes go back with a wet receipt for a refund, i just laughed after leaving CT cuz of fail i just saw that day
