Odd... my friend lives literally a few lots from the NE corner of 41st and Victoria, and he lost power twice yesterday.

I'm closer to halfway between Knight & Victoria, just off 41st Ave. From the houses on 41st to about 43rd, and about a block in either direction, there was no loss of power during ANY of the 3 outages. It seems to be a little island in the middle of the rest of the grid. :D
