3DF 2011 VENUE CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT:

Three-Dimensional Festival 2011 venue has to been officially moved from the Pacific Coliseum (100 North Renfrew) to Gossip Night Club (750 Pacific Blvd) due to unforeseen circumstance.

The City of Vancouver did not approve our hours of extension due to the Stanley Cup final riot last week, which had effect our overall presales. Despite our efforts, the sales versus expense of operating at the Pacific Coliseum would not be plausible. We are left without any further alternatives but to move the event to a different location due to the number of presales at this moment.

Solid Events is moving forward with 3DF as planned and we will be honoring all ticket holders to this event. All 3 of the main headliners Ferry Corsten, Dash Berlin and Noisecontrollers will be performing at Gossip Night Club. The first ever 3D + surround sound concept will be moved to Dooms Night (October 29, 2011) at Pacific Coliseum. Any questions or inquiries can be emailed to info (at) solidevents.ca

3DF will now be operating from 8:00 pm to 3:30 am at Gossip Night Club and will remain as 19+ event. The timeslots will be as follow:

08:00 – 11:00 LOCALS T.B.A.
11:00 – 12:30 DASH BERLIN
12:30 – 02:00 FERRY CORSTEN
02:00 – 03:30 NOISECONTROLLERS

Despite the inconvenience to our loyal followers & patrons, we are keeping our commitments and promise to carry-on with the event. Keep in mind, it would usually cost you around $50+ (Dash Berlin), $40+ (Ferry Corsten), $30+ (Noisecontrollers) to see these 3 artists at a club event. We have already bared a heavy cost not meeting the breakeven point by moving the event to the Gossip Night Club. We hope everyone understands that Solid Events is going through a great length taking a deficit in order to continue with the event. Thank-you for everyone’s support and understanding as we continue to stride to push the envelope for a better partying experience. These are a slow & difficult process, which we hope you can bare with us.

After discussing with DJ SHOGUN's agent, we are here to inform you that DJ SHOGUN has agreed to play between 09:30 - 11:00pm on July 2. Please keep in mind that it takes time for a headliner to agree/consider to start a room early when they're used to playing at peak times.

I was stoked for TDF. Not so much now.

I will still attend to see Ferry Corsten and Dash Berlin but definitely disappointed with the venue change.

EDC final day is approaching. just got home from edc.. legs are dones! gonna head to bed then wake up for the pool party @ the marquee with avicii. 11am-6pm then final day at edc!
