i received mine a couple of days ago and the craftsmanship was so bad! They have been pretty helpful and supportive thus far though. They are taking all the expenses sending it back and the duty etc!. shipping it back via purolator cost $111.01!!! ridiculous!

havent ordered much from ark but usually dont get duty taxed. from what i heard from others, they havent been taxed either.

i just ordered 2 windcheaters too.

tip/advice. whenever you peep outside your window and you see a truck with "DHL" on it, hide and run because they will hunt you down and tax you till you become a lowly beggar on the streets.

^ very true, things coming thru DHL will likely be charged.

luckily ark will come thru canada post so slimmer chance of being taxed

for the people who ordered from ark, i have a question about the sizing. On asos, a medium is equivalent to the size small on ark, so if I fit a medium on asos, would that be a small for ark because I assumed ark made a mistake on their sizing.

i tried emailing ark to see if i could change my order to a size M on my windcheater, and they havent replied yet:(

Pin holes on my hood and running thread all over the jacket. Superdry has refunded me everything! Very impressed with their service. Paid for my customs, return shipping, refunded me the whole jacket cause things got so complicated. They didn't want to accept the package because they got dutied when going back to the uk despite me writting returned goods so they just told purolator to destroy the jacket.

I would like a black with the torquois letters in a small. Where is the cheapest place to buy it ow with all these coupon codes floating around?

I would recommend checking redflag deals or wait until someone posts up a code for either ark or asos, because they have sales quite often.

Just letting you guys know, the polar windcheaters on asos got there prices reduced.
