Ceramic vs Steel Knife
I'm looking for a new knife since I'm moving and decided to sell my old set. I saw a commercial for ceramic knives and decided that it could be a choice for when I make my purchase. I have never used a ceramic knife so I did some research on the internet. So it looks like it could break and chip very fairly easy but it can be easily cleaned and stays sharp. I would just like some insight from someone who has experience with ceramic and steel knives.
