I lol'd when Ezekiel went hood all of a sudden. I noticed it right away but took the GF a min to realize it. Don't bullshit a bullshitter. lol.
Overall it was a dull episode BUT it does lead up to a possible alliance between the Kingdom, The Hilltop, and Alexandria. Pretty soon Negan is gonna have to face a collective threat if they all get on the same page.

Decent filler episode. Darryl is one tough MF. Loving Jeffrey Dean Morgan though, he's great to watch after seeing him in various other shows over the years. Easily his best role.

Lots of suspense. The Negan character is being played so fucking well. It's hard to hate him IMO because he's doing such a good job of it. I know we're supposed to hate him but damn he's nailing that role.

I don't think we're meant to hate Negan. For all his shit, he's not a psycho. He is one of few people that hasn't lost his mind. Sure, he beat people with a barb wire bat but it was out of justice for his own men and because Darryl punched him in the face.

Yea thats the beauty of it, it all depends which side you're on. As the viewer's, we've followed the journey of Rick and Glen throughout all the seasons so of course we're on their side.
But if you look from Negan's side, a bunch of coldblooded monsters sneaked into their base and murdered their friends, all in their sleep and burned them alive too?
What i love about the walking dead, is that is the title about the zombies or the people?

I mean, if anything...in the comics, he just kills Glenn to show Rick who's boss so we should hate him but...I can't. Negan is motherfucking awesome. If the zombie apocalypse happens and you want to live, just ask yourself "What would Negan do?"
By far the best character in The Walking Dead.
...and I sort of stopped watching the show. I've gotten to the point where there's no suspense since I know what's going to happen and the TV version has gone off in a weird direction so I got bored.
I hate that the show is just building towards cliffhangers. That's it. It's all filler between season finales and season premieres. Say what you want about Game of Thrones being slow but that show has attention to detail out the ass and is entertaining all the time. I've gotten bored of how the TV show is sort of Walking Dead Lite because it isn't as in depth as the source material and they're going SO SLOWLY. AMC learned from a short 5 season of Breaking Bad and they're milking their cash cow for all it's worth.
To give you an idea, Glenn dies in issue 100 of the comic and we're 7 seasons in? There's 60 more issues before they're caught up.
Game of Thrones is the opposite...I feel like they moved through the books so quickly and crammed a lot of it in. They're really milking Walking Dead...and I really don't like the TV versions of the characters.

How a war is going to happen is still kind of a mystery to me. I see the factions gathering. Hilltop, Kingdom, and Alexandria but... they have no weapons. The saviors have done a great job of hobbling the factions. No weapons and completely demoralized. Plus we've seen the numbers the saviors have and we still don't know where their base is. Could be a prison?

I'm curious as to the reaction of the people when they find out the mattresses were simply burned on the side of the highway. Talk about a major fuck you lol. This could mean one of 2 things..... 1. There isn't as many saviors as we think or 2. They simply want to be dicks.

This is what Oceanside did. Got the fuck out of dodge and said fuck the saviors.
Shitty episode. I guess I'm getting bored of story and want to see some action. We got led up this awesome point and a wicked bad guy and now we are left with crap after crap. Pretty fucking ruthless to kill all the men and boys over 10 gotta make you wonder what they did to deserve that. Looks like the bitches have a lot of weapons and gear though.
On a high note Tara played a pretty fun part that episode. Those boobs though.
