well turns out that they only test cars 98 and up on the computer... i had to get aircare done this morning, and my car is a 97, so they put it on the rollers... needless to say i failed because i've got 3" turboback exhaust on it lol... i guess i'll just put 3 months insurance on it for now, then next year when the weather is nice again i will change my address to somewhere outside GVRD, go get insurance, then change my address back a few days after

For any fluid leakage a "sweat" will typically be accepted - based on your description though I would guess your leak will result in a failed inspection.

You could always try washing the fuck out of everything and hoping they don't catch it.
