try running a thicker oil, check ur spark plug gromets had mine fail on my integra which cause oil to leak into the combustion chamber. make sure the car is nice and warm and i dont think their allowed to bring the car over 3500 rpm if i remember correctly.

For oil burning, i think aircare just visually looks for the blue smoke, oil is a different hydrocarbon than fuel hc, so i don't think it shows up on readings. If it's really bad, i would run a thicker oil and a thick oil additive. Like "Bardahl no smoke" Canadian tire has it for about $5. It pours out like honey. After it's gone through aircare, i'd change it back to the regular oil.
