$50 maybe? Guess I'm lucky she doesn't covet those designer handbags like many asian chicks. Then again, nowadays girls will go buy them themselves (while blowing a paycheck or two on a stupid bag).

Oh yeah, if you ever go into a place that sells handbags by yourself, be prepared to be swarmed by the salespeople like flies on shit!

$550 for a discontinued line from Louis Vuitton. My girlfriend is a nice girl so we exchanged gifts of the same value. i didn't even ask for anything back. I wanted her to be happy since her mom didn't buy her the bag when it was in production.

It's not about the amount or $$, it's about the thought you put into it to make your girlfriend happy. I am an impulsive shopper.. for myself, so I want to impulse shop for her too. I bought her a burberry scarf for $150, didn't expect anything back, but did get something in return.

It's not all about give & get in this world, sometimes you must give as much as you can before you can ever get anything worthwhile.
