Nikuya in Richmond has them (sorry, I know you said Vancouver but wanted to throw one option out there incase no one else replies).

For the non-gastronomically nerdy, Berkshire pork is highly valued because it is super marbled (think Wagyu beef). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berkshire_%28pig%29
Went to Pied-a-terre and they did a phenomenal job.
Never even considered getting my hands on it, just assumed it'd be too pricey.
So if anybody's got a good source, share the wealth!

Copa Cafe @ Cambie and 23rd supposedly has kurobuta pork chops.
Where's that tonkatsu from?
I try my best to get chicken-katsu instead cause I find most places tend to overcook the pork. But kurobuta would be moist enough to get |

Paid over 10 bux a pound and it was frozen at gran island, Nikkuya wants 25$/lb to individuals Anyone got better pricing? It's the shoulder aka butt cut i'm intrested in.
