This version supports Rogers, Fido, Telus, Bell and AT&T for 3g (HSPDA). Wind users are out of luck but there is a compatible version out there (same as T Mobile).
Awesome feature set and styling. Phone is in mint condition, no drops or scratches on the the screen. Just like new but without the plastic covering it.
Phone is unlocked for all networks listed above (plug sim n play) and potential for modification through firmware is great. This one is currently running the latest official firmware 2.2
which brings more speed enhancements and system optimizations (yes flash works). This is from the factory but you can flash to other firmwares if you'd like if you unlock the bootloader.
Unlocking the bootloader will allow you to ROOT the phone giving you full access (kind of like Jailbreaking for the Iphone). Performance wise its faster than 3GS and almost up to par
with iPhone 4. Through my own comparison it actually loads up websites a touch faster than iPhone 4 not to mention you can see a website the way it was meant to be by using flash.
Navigation is built in so there is no need to purchase GPS software as long as you have a data plan. A must try feature as it uses Google Street View for navigation so you actually know
what buildings and streets to look for.
PS: This phone is no longer available direct from Google meaning you need to go to a store in the states to purchase which also means it may be locked to that carrier.
This phone also has the AMOLED screen, which results in a very picture image but also high visibility during the daytime when your outside. Newer models do not have this screen anymore as there
is a supply shortage since several phones started to share the same supply company. Newer versions have a different screen (SLCD) which is not as good in comparison.
