Restaurant name? West Hastings and Bute

Does anyone know the name of the restuarant? It has a patio with big open windows and it serves more $$$$$$$$$ type food. The interior is pretty dark.

The Mill is further north, on Cordova.

Could it be Prestons? It's right around there by the Coast Harbour hotel..

A couple times for drinks only. Honestly, looking at the menu and the food going to the other customers I would expect chain type quality
