just now while i was at work, i see this black MB SUV... it rolled by and i see the Coquitlam Taxi on the front door with the white taxi sign ontop...

WOW what a ballin Taxi.. does it have the same rates or cost more then reg taxi cars like the Prius and corrollas..

i saw one downtown too... i think it was an ML350 with pimp rims...

Used MB SUVs are cheap. They have terrible resale value.

I've met the owner once, I think he's eastern European (heavy accent) and when I met him he owned a pimped out Prius which had rims and tv screens.

he used to shop at the last place i worked at (Rogers) he would come in a drop cash for the latest newest phones from overseas. He rocks a corum watch and versace, d&g, etc...

He has a pimped out red audi a4 with silver stickers and chrome wheels, the prius, and the MB i think he purchased brand new too.

I'm pretty sure he's doing it for tax purposes

you guys think that's ballin, try landing in Munich or any of the other big cities in Germany and walk outside and every fckin taxi is a high end model Benz.

I was there few years ago and all the normal taxis which would be Toyota Corollas here were CLS's, and the larger ones were the Benz SUV's all types of models, and I DO mean every fckin taxi was a Benz not just some, and current brand new models too, not the older ones.

I guess Benz has a national contract, much like GM does in the U.S. I didn't see any police cars though, but would be safe to assume the cop cars are benzos too.

coz them europeans are huge in size.. go to asia and its all small size taxi's.. haha....

last time i went to coquitlam was almost 2 years ago, even then i hardly saw any coquitlamn taxi...

if this guy is truely as balling as people claim, why would he be driving a taxi?

It has nothing to do with the size of the people. It's the fact that there isn't alot of space to drive such big cars in Asia.
Look at HK/Taiwan/Korea/Japan/China Traffic.

Then factor in high gas prices and tax for the cost of running a car.

Also, not knowing that this Taxi ever existed has nothing to do with not being on Revscene alot. You see it on the fucking road. Not on the forum. The owner is not here posting pictures and shit.

he doesnt have the a4 and prius anymore, he only has the ML, and a FYI to everybody, its just a ML 320 BlueTEC

he's baller alright, talked to him once, he said that he does it for fun, and the reason he pimps out his taxi is because people would prefer to ride in his taxi over the other crown vics with the curry smell. ud be surprised how many jbs call him up on a weekend to get picked up and dropped off at clubs.
