Firefox + Adobe Flash issues

i have latest firefox and win7 pro x64.

out of the blue streaming videos would hang and it would report:

Adobe Flash Plugin has crashed.

I tried reinstalling FF, uninstalling and reinstalling flash player...tried it again via IE..nothing seems to work.

When i tried to see the help screen regarding the issue it keeps crashing too.

help pls.

If you are running the latest version of Firefox (4.0 Beta) and having problems, that is normal for a Beta. You are supposed to report it to Firefox, and live with it.

I'm running FF v3.6 and I'm having the same issues. Tried reloading FF and the plug-in but it didn't really help. it would work for a while but eventually starts crashing again.

was originally on 3.6.9...tried 4.0 beta no luck
now I'm on 3.5 and no luck...but after rebooting the computer the problem was gone.

should've known to do that first as i probably haven't rebooted my computer in over a month now
