Double looks, triple looks, some couldn't stop staring, while others tried very hard to avoid eye contact after the initial look. Last year Halloween was on a Saturday and the day before, when I went to work wearing them on the Skytrain, was also pretty epic. In the morning, the trains are always packed to the max. People are standing only inches away from me and the reactions are pretty awesome.
hahah ya because it is a very subtle costume yet you will get noticed... that is why i wanted it as wel.. heck you could wear it whenever just for kicks... do you still have them? i still hve my white ones.. i change the contact solution here and there but i am not sure if it is even safe to reuse anymore

Mine are good for a few years as long as you change the solution once in a while. I still have them. I bought them October 2009. You shouldn't wear them for longer than 4 hours and I also carried a bottle of eye drops with me to keep my eyes moist ever 30 minutes or so. Last year I had a suit and the contacts on. This year, it's a Priest outfit, a cross necklace, and the contacts.

Speaking of stuff to get for halloween costumes...

Anyone have any idea where I can get a stuffed (plush) Yoda? My section at the Lions game are dressing as Star Wars characters and I was going to put together a Luke on Dagobah kinda thing

I'm making up a character for my friend who will be going as a "rapper" named "Yung Macaroni". He's as white as they come and will look like a total D-Bag (which is the intent). Where can I find a cheap cheap "flat lid" baseball cap and those d-bag shades with the white frames? These items will be tossed right after the venue we are all going to. My sister is working on making a big ass chain made out of .... well... macaroni.

anyone know where I can get overalls? Im trying to dress up as mario and i need the overalls, and obviously i don't want them to be that expensive. I've checked zellers, sears, old navy, and value village and no luck so far.

i dont know if they would have it, but marks work warehouse? or any of the construction wear stores should have some kind of overalls.
