sorry no, no low ballers please. i can get the car fix by ICBC for free, coz the small accident is totally the other party's fault. ICBC told me that after i fix it. i can get the claim number from icbc, and you can call ICBC before you buy it, to confirm that the fix won't cost anything.

just called icbc and made a appointment tomorrow at 12pm, to repaint my bumper fender and fix the headlight for free.

btw, the headlight is not broken, just scratches, it can be polished off easily.
