LAW STUDENTS, HELP!

Hi everyone Does anybody know how to write a case brief?? I have a quick question about the first part : facts.

I am fully aware of how to write it, but I was wondering if any of you guys know if it's necessary to include the alibis and witnesses of the plaintiff into consideration (after all, it could change the judge's decision), or is it unnecessary in the sense that it isn't part of the "cause of action", meaning I should only include the plaintiff and the defendant as part of the case?

Thank u!!
