SCION Canada is launching in Sept 28th, 2010! Launch of Scion in September 2010, with three new 2011 models: the all-new Scion tC performance sports coupe, the iconic xB urban utility vehicle and the xD 5-door urban subcompact. Price seems to be pretty good, from 17g to 22g depends on model and package. Is there anyone actually waiting Scion? ;) |
I would like the old tC |

If I didn't end up picking up my last Mitsubishi Galant from the states I would've bought a tC from the states. Things look great imo. |

pffff, supercharged 3uz 4.3L in the tc! thats the custom way to go! :D |
its scion. who gives a fuck? toyota should stop wasting time on scion and release the new ae86 and make a new supra. |
^ word toyotas are the most fucking boring car to look/drive  celica gone, supra gone.... mr2 gone? gone or not its a joke anyway so it doesnt matter. No solara is not a race car nor SC430 |
Toyota does have plan about FT86...2012 :D |
http://carphotos.cardomain.com/ride_...0061_large.jpg 1st gen tC, yea i want edit* So where can I take a look at a Scion? Toyota dealership? |
^ Yup. I think OpenRoad in Richmond has opened up, and I know that JP Toyota in Surrey is bringing them in come tomorrow. |
Cool, I think i'll check it out tomorrow after class. |
Here I was thinking people couldn't possibly be dumb enough to go to the states to import those 2g xb's. |
CAN'T WAIT! I can finally pickup my xB. |
|
i could care less about scion now ever since they changed the look on their xb (yes i like the old xb so what, i also like the nissan cube as well) |
I was just reading an article last week about Toyota trying to save Scion from the same fate as Saturn. |
"Launching in Sept 28th, 2010"? More like unloading on Sept 28... Just came back from Openroad Port Moody's Toyota...they were just starting to unload (six?) Scions off the truck. Still have to go through safety checks, etc before they could be let on the road. |
Test drove the tC today. The car looks different in person than in pictures, has a more "sporty" feel to it when you actually see it. I thought the interior was actually decent, I felt very comfortable inside. Didn't get a chance to truly "test" the car but this car is something I would look into if I was currently in the market for something like a Civic. edit* one thing i truly hate is the bulky c-pillar |
http://media.il.edmunds-media.com/sc..._52510_717.jpg Personally, I think the 2nd gen tC looks better than the old gen. |
JP Toyota in Surrey prepped 2 xD's, 3 xB's, and 2 tC's today. If you want to test drive, they're all set, and one of the tC's is standard. |
good pricing on the second gen TC.. but from 2.5L... why not more power..? 180hp only.. 173lb/ft....... it could do better than that. toyota seems hopeless without yamaha tinkering their engines. |
