I don't have hot dogs very often, so I like to stick with the classic - ketchup, mustard, and lots of mayo

I don't tend to cook many hot dogs at home, but one of my all time favourite toppings has been chilli and nacho cheese. Pretty basic I know, but still NOM fucking NOM epic nonetheless.

BTW, anyone know of a good homemade chilli recipe? I'd like to make some for hotdogs one of these nights.
