There's two pieces of case law on my site about making misrepresentation to ICBC:

http://www.drivesmartbc.ca/case-law/...tsutsov-v-icbc

http://www.drivesmartbc.ca/case-law/...bhullar-v-icbc

The false report to police would be a public mischief.

Was this involving the airport (YVR) at all?
