I buy from Fastenal all the time (using other people's accounts, lol). They have three locations in Kelowna, no?

If I were a super great guy, I would get some for you and ship it to you, but I'm not, lol. Actually, I wAnder if I can visit the location in Burnaby and have it transferred to the Kelowna location(s). We''ll leave it for last option. I can also get them from the US and pick it up next time I go do the US casino circuit, but I think shipping will make it somewhat expensive. How much are you willing to pay for them? With Fastenal, I think you have to buy them in packs of 10, 25, or 50, depending on size of bolts. Sometimes they sell individually if packaging has been opened. I can phone them on Monday, if you want.

Anyone know where I can buy those basic bitch big shiny gold number balloons for a birthday?

SSM_DC5 06-03-2017 05:47 PM

I don't know what basic bitch is but big shiny gold balloons that ppl fill with helium can be found at dollar store(ie the one near the bus loop at Metrotown) , Micheal's, and party supply shops. Helium sold separately

If I can order them here with someones account that'd work, I found some on Amazon.com but I need to order other stuff with them before they'll ship to me. I've also got a buddy that may be able to snag some at work tomorrow, we'll see if that pans out or not though.

I'm thinking of/planning to DIY paint my spoiler, where's a good place to find Honda vogue silver metallic for a decent/inexpensive price?

wobuffet 06-07-2017 12:01 AM

where can i get my gf's hairdryer fixed locally?

apparently it's pretty expensive. (panasonic EH-NA96)

I assume there's something wrong with the heating element since it still turns on and there's cold air blowing. just no hot air

Concept Finishes Ltd. Contact Us

You need to bring a part of your car so the paint can be matched. I usually pop the gas-flap off and carry it in. They've always matched my paint spot on.

Note: Metallics are especially tricky to match the size of metallic and to lay-down so they match your car. YMMV

Any lockers available for weekend, daily rentals in white Rock or surrey area? Need 24hrs access.

lordco can mix paint too depending on location (not every location has a paint department)

Store 83 (Burnaby Douglas over on Still Creek -- attached to the main lordco warehouse) will probably be your best bet if you choose that route. Mike's been doing paint for over 30 years iirc. Whenever someone asks me about paint or if I need some myself, I always refer to him. Even my manager sends people to him.

Just get the Dyson. It's almost better in every way except the fact that the Panny has a program that goes through a cycle (warm-hot-cold) so that one can time the drying process.

If you can't get the NA96 at JP price and have to pay the premium, getting the Dyson at retail minus whatever discount might make better sense. I got the NA98 while traveling in JP. Tried the Dyson at my brother's and I was impressed although the price is crazy at retail.

their profile says north van, so i only assumed thats where he'd want it done, and i dont recall 111 having paint due to them being a new store. If you're around the south burnaby/metortown area, paint guy at my store can colour match as well. and highly recommends having a piece of the car, if not the whole thing here to colour match

Inaii 06-08-2017 05:45 PM

111 might not, but I think 24 does? I can't remember now lol. Honestly I didn't even look at their location, just remembered several of my co-workers telling me if I ever needed anything paint related to go to 83 because "Mike is the best in the biz" lol.

I'm not sure if the other stores have this, but I remember back when my brother worked at 21 (when it was on 3 road) they had this gun looking thing and the paint guy came out and scanned the car in the sun (something about sunlight being the best light to use for scanning as it is closest to the actual colour). It was a neat little gadget.

I actually work down the street from the Still Creek location, so it's all good

I just dropped mine and the bottle broke. Does anyone know where I can get a 1/2 gallon water jug like this locally?

Anyone know which sdm has the new gold slim PS4?

MG1 06-13-2017 08:21 AM

I was wAndering where I can get a hold of replacement parts for Wedco jerry cans.

I went to Cambodian Tire yesterday and they only carried those ghey Scepter types.

I love my Wedco's, but the plastic spouts deteriorate over time and spring leaks and even break apart.

The solid spouts never break, but the flexible ones don't last very long. I guess i need to be more careful and not put too much stress on them when pouring gas into the cars. With two electric vehicles at home, I buy gas from the US maybe once every two months, lol.

Thanks Flip
