You can buy it at Home Hardware. Last time I checked it was around 16-17 a can. different label from the American cans though.

Do you know the label name from the states?

I just put the garage door opener on a power bar. Turn the power off to it and voila, locked.

I saw a car locally with those things at night. At first I thought they were hands, then I thought it was pretty cool

They still say plasti-dip on the can it's just a different color label. I think it was around 6-7 bucks a can at Lowes when I bought it during the summertime.

Value Village or a Thrift store...the Thrift Store in Kerrisdale is pretty good for that sort of stuff.

I think some BC liquor stores have them near the cash register. ie. where you'd normally find gum, candy, magazines at a supermarket cash register

Think I've seen it at the Cambie location

Not every BC Liquor store have them. They tend to usually only put the 100~250mL bottles by the cashier.

Thanks for the heads up on the Cambie location though!

Does anyone know where I could get these locally?

http://www.jetpens.com/product_info....oducts_id/2094

as $150 dollar shipping is a bit steep.

Try calling Iwase Book Store in Yaohan Centre. They carry various types of writing instruments from Japan. You never know.

I'm looking for something called a wifi "signal repeater"...not too sure where to look. I've asked around in futureshop but they have no clue what i'm talking about. I wanted to boost my wifi signal to an area that has a weaker reception (another room), so that my ps3 could go online. I live in a basement suite so unfortunately asking my landlord to move the router is out of the question :(

cmon revscene techie gurus!

Buy another router
Bridge the two
= Improved wifi coverage

Razor Ramon HG 12-12-2010 10:40 PM

Just create a wireless bridge.

I was at Iwase Books. Not there.

Jetpens.com has free shipping to the US if you buy $25 worth. Man, those are nice looking pens. I browsed the web site and I'm drooling............

If you travel to the US, I can almost guarantee they will have that set at the bookstore at Uwajimaya in Seattle.

http://www.uwajimayavillage.com/marc...niya/index.htm

Not really local, but..............

You can always have the pens sent to a US address and then have them shipped to Canada. Try Letterlock in Sumas Washington.

Anything under 20 dollars Canadian is $7.80 charge to be brought across the border to their location in Abbotsford.

No GST or PST.

So, if company has free shipping, it's a good deal.

EDIT: just realized the price is going to be over 20 bucks. BTW, the $150.00 shipping charge is for the most expensive option.
