Is it possible to obtain the court transcripts from a currently ongoing civil case in the BC supreme court?

Maybe, but I expect that they may not be available until after the case has concluded. They are generally what I consider to be very expensive! You should be able to find out by contacting the court registry office where the case is being held.

Thanks for the link. I'll probably hold off my inquiry until the case has ended. Just wanted to know in what context my name came up in this ongoing civil case but I have yet to hear from lawyers on either side so must not have been that important.
