It hasn't been a consistent 7 degrees yet. I think I will put mine on first the week of Nov.

Put them on now, that way if you want to go anywhere like Kelowna or Kamloops or Whistler you won't have to worry about your tires.

I'll wait until like mid-November. I've got a line on some winter wheels and a set of Goodyear Ultra Grip tires through my dealership. I'm not running the winter on shitty ecsta asx's, which I'm probably gonna sell with the rims they're mounted on, and get rota slips for next srping.

First winter tires ftw.

Gonna put them on next week, as I'm trying to sell my wheels also..
General Altimax's are very nice. I've been using them for two seasons (last season barely any snow, but the winter before that was insane!)

At least start preparing. Winter tire stock will be dwindling, and tire stores are only going to get busier moving forward.

I switch to winters when the 14 day trend is consistently below 10 degrees... which usually doesn't happen until after Halloween

When it reaches 7 degrees or lower all day long, that's when I'm switching

That's a pretty damn good deal.

Just looked on IIM's site and they have Icebear's for just under $100ea before tax.
