I've just recently moved into my new office, and I have trouble getting my desktop computers connecting to the network at gigabit speed. they could all connect at 100mbps only...
My hardware all have gigabit network cards and its connected to my DLINK 655 router and 1008 switch which are also gigabit. the link between the router and the switch is also connected at gigabit (it shows green light on the switch)
the cables have been tested and were all able to connect some of the computers (notebooks) at gigabit speed to the router and switches....
I've even tried to force my pc to connect at gigabit, but it still goes back to 100mbps....
all firmware and drivers are already updated to the latest.
everything worked before i moved.... I really have no idea whats going on.
