Vogue Theatre concert seating question

Hey guys, so I wanna surprised the gf with some concert tickets that were sold out when I tried looking for them a few weeks ago. Stars is playing at the Vogue on Nov 4th and I couldn't find any decent seats at the time. I made a WTB on craigslist and a girl phoned me today saying she had a pair of Orchestra General Admission for $100. I went on the vogue site and they have the same tickets for $80. Are these the general floor ones that are a free for all? Or are they assigned? Don't wanna pay 100 when i can spend 80 for the same thing. But then again I don't wanna spend 80 if theyre shitty seats too. Anyone have an idea or has been to a concert lately that knows the seating arrangement? Here are some diagrams from both ticketmaster and vogue site.

Just wanted to ask you guys as a heads up as I need to get back to her fast, if not I'll have to wait till the vogue opens tmr to phone them. Thanks!

there are seats but i went to the lights concert last month at the vogue and the seats are basically first come first serve. front seats and back seats are all fair game with a general admission ticket. hope you go earlier.

Yeah I think they're first come first serve for all the GA seats as well. There were assigned ones that were sold like a month ago but the batch they let out recently are all GA Orchestras. UnDeadMage, did yours say General Admission Orchestra?
