you can buy these mouse-annoy products at almost any hardware store. They let off a really annoying chirp sound that drive them crazy. Just use an extension cord and plug it into the one end. Leave it in your car with the doors open. I used to have a huge mouse problem in my shed about 10 years ago. Used the thing and havn't seen one since then. Also use the device in my attic and crawl space.
DO NOT use sticky paper! Usually rats and mice will chew their own leg/ tail off to get off of the paper, making it a bigger clean-up.
i believe the device you are referring to is called a high frequency emitting device.
anyways i opted for a live capture trap and some sticky pads w/bait. and like Peter Griffin says:
"And now we play the waiting game..."
dammit, there's so many places for the little fucker to hide and burrow into. it already ate my son's blankie. if i capture it alive i will boil it in motor oil and put the video on youtube. er maybe not, sodomy will be better.
